We are sharing a SCORM file with a customer (typically we upload to a Google folder and customers access the SCORM file there). This customer uses SharePoint so they are unable to access it. Any other ways you can think of sharing the SCORM file? They are too large to send via email
I’ve faced similar issues, usually driven by tight security on the client’s IT infrastructure.
Here are three options in no particular order.
- Put it in a shared folder in OneDrive (it plays nicely with Sharepoint)
- Fast and secure file transfer - Dropbox
- https://wetransfer.com/
The last two generate a download link that lasts 7 days so the client will need to download it pronto.
If the customer uses SharePoint they should be able to create a shared folder on their side for you to upload to.
I would avoid using any third party service (i.e. one that neither you nor the customer typically use) for sharing any content without clearing it with the customer first.
