I created a course for a client and sent all SCORM files to them. The client is looking to see if they can edit files (in the future) with an Evolve Free Trial but they get the following message when trying to import the files. Does anybody know what could be happening?
It looks like the export has been changed - did either of you zip up the file further, or change anything within the zip?
If you just publish the course to SCORM using Evolve and then import it using the Import Evolve Course option it should work no trouble.
It works no problem for me (using the exact same files exported from EVOLVE) but my client claims she has tried with every file and she keeps getting the same result.
Hmm very odd - especially if you are able to import ok.
- can you share anything more about her setup? As in the browser being used, what her evolve instance address is? I can see from the screenshot she is an admin so that’s fine…
What size is the zip file?

Just to add to this - please make sure that the file you send to them is not being further zipped or is being unzipped before they try to upload the file. They need to upload as the zip that comes from Evolve and in no other format.
