I have a learner who is able to access the course/exam file but is unable to scroll once the page loads. She is using Safari on a iMac OS10.9.5. Is this likely the age of the computer/OS?
I noticed this issue when a manager of mine was using an iPad with a very old OS on it - she couldn’t scroll my courses either, so it could well be that.

Thanks. Are your courses opening in a new window of their own or within an iFrame in the LMS? It might be worth using the publishing option to show in a new window rather than not? If you haven’t already?
