Evolve and Workday Learning

I have a couple of questions for Evolve users out there.

1. Does anyone use Workday Learning as their LMS?

2. Does anyone know how to get question level data from an assessment to go into Workday Learning? I can get a score to pass through however, I am wanting to get question level data. We have a report in Workday Learning and Workday says it should pass through with SCORM 2004 4th edition, however we cannot seem to get this to work.

Hi William,

Question-level data is not implemented into SCORM 2004 within Evolve currently. The only way to see that level of detail is via the Intellum Platform.

From SCORM 2004 you will only see passed/failed, and a completion status.

@wblackledge Perhaps you’d like to add your voice to the feature request in this thread too which dates back to 2018.

Is it possible to know if this has been added to the roadmap and an estimated delivery date? My employer is asking for details of interaction data and i’m having to disappoint them but unable to explain when we are likely to have this data. I would also be interested to see what else is on the roadmap.

@hbailey could you confirm whether or not this is ever going to be on the roadmap for Evolve? It would help authors make decisions about tooling before they find themselves stuck at the end of the project with no alternative options.
