Documents downloaded from Resource all called File

Hi All

It has been noticed by someone on my team that when a user views a document in the resources extension to download it, the file name is always changed to file. For example “file.pdf”. This requires the user to rename to file to download it.

This happens regardless of how the original document was named at upload to Evolve or how it is named in Evolve.

So we wondered if there was a way for the file name to be retained.
