Owner access in Evolve

Hi All

Sorry to post this here but I am looking for some help.

I have recently been made the Owner within Evolve and I am pretty sure that whilst I’m listed as the owner I don’t appear to have the same permissions as the previous person.

I tried to get help from intellum support but it is difficult to explain that I am expecting to see more of something for example I think there should be something under my account so that I can edit the number of active licences we have, but I seem to only have the same level as an Admin user.

Does anyone have a list or explanation of the different levels of access? Or even some screen grabs of menu items the Owner level should see?

Hi Bex, the only difference with an account owner level user is access to the billing site - so if you are the account owner, when you click Account in the top right of the screen you should see the ‘My Account’ option, that takes you to the billing site when clicked. Otherwise, the account owner has the exact same permissions as the admin. Hope that helps - cheers-Sam

Hi Bex,

Just check you are logged in with the correct account - have you got a secondary account with a different email address that you might be accidentally logged into. Perhaps a Reviewer account?

If you are definitely logged into the account that is marked as Owner in the Instance (another admin can check this for you) and you need further help - drop support@intellum.com a line with the instance name and they can take a look for you,

I have checked and the account I am logged into is showing as the Owner account. I have now updated my email address.

This has been resolved by the Support team, thank you for the help.
