New Account Owner Role and Packages

We’re introducing a new Account Owner role for each Intellum Evolve instance, effective October 6, 2024.

The Account Owner will serve as the primary point of contact for managing subscription and billing information. This role will initially be assigned to the Admin who first created your Evolve instance, but it can be reassigned as needed.

To support this change, there will be a scheduled downtime on October 6 from 7 AM to 9 AM EST. During this time, Evolve will be unavailable while we implement these updates.

We’re also simplifying Evolve’s pricing and packaging to better serve your needs.

These changes will go into effect for new customers starting on October 6, 2024. Existing accounts will be migrated to the new packaging between October 6 and early 2025. New pricing will not go into effect until January 2025.
