Help Needed with adding shared licenses onto Evolve

Hello, I have been referred to this community hub by one of the account manager Emma Pickle. We have recently purchased some additional Evolve licenses and we are struggling getting these active on our account. Is there someone on here that can guide us through this?

The user administration screen seems to be broken at the moment - anyone else having issues? I have 2 licenses i need to assign to my team. I see the notification of available licenses at the top of the screen but there are no options where i can apply them. I’ve tried logging into to support but it no longer recognizes our login so I cant get in touch with them. I’ve had no reply on reset password or the register for login. Anyone else having issues? Is there another way of contacting them - we are stuck?

Are you an Account Owner or Admin? Only those roles can assign licences.

If you can see Users in your left hand menu under Themes then go there. From there, you can see how many current users you have, and how many licences available. Owners, admins and editors count towards your licence total, while graphic designers and reviewers do not. If you have more current owner/admin/editor than your number of licences (even if they are not using their accounts right now) then this could be one thing that causes an issue.

To add a new user, click on the Add User button at the top left and then enter their details.

If there’s something else not working, let us know.

Also: If you haven’t been given a login for the Intellum support portal, you need to request one from the Request Login item at the top of this page: Intellum - it is not the same as your Evolve login, and if you don’t have an account with them then the forgotten password option won’t give you anything in return.

Thanks for your reply - im the owner/account holder and yes i can see 2 licences at the top of the screen. Ive managed to request a new login through the support hub (google form). They are onto it now thanks. Fingers crossed it will be sorted soon. I will report back here on instructions which others may find helpful.
