Thanks for including the link - it’s hard to tell without looking as they’re quite complex beasts!
I went into your final screen, and under “Screen Instructions” where your second instruction to click anywhere is, you weren’t allowing interaction to happen connected to that instruction. I changed the following two settings:
Allow element interaction to yes, and submit screen to Enabled.
