Creating a form or Workbook in Evolve

Is there a way of creating a form or workbook that a learner can complete in Evolve? I am designing a Required Prior Learning Module so that our members can fastback back into our system.

The problem isn’t what you can do in Evolve, it’s what support your LMS provides for that sort of functionality. SCORM is unfortunately very limiting in this regard.

Probably the easiest option is to create something in Google Forms/similar then display it in Evolve using the iframe component.
