Query 1: Progress Bar Implementation How do we add a progress bar to a module? Please provide a step-by-step guide or a screen recording. Additionally, if there are any example modules available for reference, please share them with us. We need a progress bar to progress for two different cases - 1. When the user completes each article. 2. When the user completes each block.

Query 2: Footer Navigation & Menu Restrictions We are using “Next” and “Previous” buttons in the course footer and need to control their behavior. Specifically:
Footer Buttons: How can we disable the “Next” button until the user has completed all articles, blocks, or components on the current page?

Menu Navigation: How can we restrict the menu so that users cannot navigate to the next topic until they have finished the current one?

Query 3: Version Control & Restore Features Does Evolve include a version control feature similar to Google Slides? We are looking for the ability to view a version history and restore previous versions of a course (as shown in the example screenshot from google slides: screenshot.googleplex.com - Google Single Sign On: Sign into corp

Hey there, our Knowledge Base is a great source of step-by-step guides for the things you want to achieve which are mostly all Extensions for your course.

Query 1: Look at Progress Extension, and Article Indicator Extension

Query 2: Look at Content Locking Extension - this will also lock your Menus when you lock down pages to only be accessible on completion of the previous page.

Query 3: For each course, turn on Automatic Backups. Go to Course > Versions > Course Versions then turn on the toggle and set to Daily as seen in the image. An automated backup will be created every night of which the latest 5 will be stored. If you need to go back you can visit the versions as seen in the image, and make this your new default, or you can cherry-pick items you want to restore from them using the Paste functionality.
