SSO set up support

HI,

We need to make contact with Evolve to discuss setting up SSO on our account. Does anyone have direct contact details for the team as I have not been able to find anyway to make contact so far.

Hi Martina,

Someone on your team should have been given access to the Intellum support portal at Intellum - if not, then please use the Request Login form and then you will have access to raise a ticket for whatever you need.

There’s a link to this site within Evolve in the Help and Support item of the menu.

Thanks Helen, I can’t access the login request as it is blocked by my IT team. Can you arrange for someone reach out to me please?

ah! OK no worries - drop an email direct to support@intellum.com and if you could mention that blocking as well as asking for your original request, that will help them improve access.
