Just wondering if anyone knows how to contact the support team? I’ve tried resetting my password so that I can log in and raise a support request, but I am not getting the password reset link. Thanks, Maria
Hi Maria,
The Support site has to be set up with a new username and password for you, it’s not the same as your Evolve details and you don’t automatically have an account.
Use the “request login” link at the top of the support page to get an account, or email support@intellum.com for a direct request.
