My team has noticed that if we complete an interaction that includes the “Show Feedback” button, then exit the SCORM, then relaunch the SCORM, the Show Feedback button will be disabled. We can’t find a way to keep it enabled. Since we want that feedback available to learners as an ongoing resource, this is a little frustrating.
Is there a way to prevent this button from disabling permanently after the learner exits the course?
