Hi, We are using the reset assessment option with our questions being pulled from the question bank extension.
We are seeing issues where the questions are reset by the user in the course, but then they exit before redoing the questions, when they return the questions are not reset.
Why is this? Is there a setting that should be selected since this is causing a lot of confusion for users where they don’t know if they are reset or failed when they have selected reset.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
