We recently launched a course where a learner completes several reflections across several pages and the uses the reflection download to capture all their reflections into PDF format. When accessing this via Edge and Firefox, there are no issues. Only for SOME users, when using Chrome, several completed (and saved) input boxes do not download into the PDF.
Could it be that they are completing the inputs across multiple sessions? Unfortunately open input responses are not saved across sessions if you’re publishing to SCORM. The Local Storage extension can be used as a workaround but it only works if the learner uses the same browser & computer each time,.
