I suspect this is an issue local to the user. The user says they add their content to the input field and save but the pdf is empty when downloaded. We have local storage turned on. Any suggestion as to why it might be happening? They are using a school laptop so I was wondering if a firewall or something security related might be preventing the data from being populated into the pdf.

If it is working fine for other users with the same course and setup, then that is most likely, and it’s not something I’ve heard of before. The devs in here my be able to offer more insight technically into that!
