Hi All, need some help. Please see the response below from a client. Is there a way to record client reponses/data. I have tried multiple ways and tested in scormcloud, but nothing seems to be working. I feel i may have the wrong config?**

However, when they tested our module in CAREERSHIP, the exported Excel file did not include the interaction (S) fields (ID, objectives, time, type, correct_responses, weighting, etc.).

They believe this may indicate that the module itself is not set up to record responses.

They asked whether the test module we provided might have been configured without response-tracking functionality.

Can you confirm whether the module we provided was configured to record learner responses?

If not, is it possible to adjust the settings so that the interaction (S) fields are captured in the LMS export?

Are there specific publishing options (within SCORM 1.2) we should be using to enable this?
