Is there a way to achieve this look for MCQs?

My client wants this look for multiple response questions, is there any way to achieve this look? How can I set it up?

the 1:1 answers and the button filled in?

Use Article styles and keep the MCQ questions just in their own Article with that style applied.

When you set up the question(s), only allow for one answer to be chosen in the settings.

In the main theme > Components > MCQ you can change your icon for a Selected Radio Icon to be something else but we don’t have any filled-in ones.

YOu can do that also!

In the Appearance section of the MCQ component settings make sure you choose 1 for items per row (and apply to all (desktop, tablet and mobile)) as seen here:
