I would like to ideally create a sub account or give an external translation company access to some files. What is the best way to do it? Add another author/team member. I would only like them to have access to some files. The remaining files should be confidential.

Unfortunately this isn’t generally possible in the current version of Evolve (but it’s something we’re building into the new version)
There is a sort-of workaround available in the current version but I think it depends on what licence you are on. If you get in touch with Evolve support they may be able to advise.
