Hello everyone,
I am facing an issue which is the following;
I am using the simulation component to create a hotspot hover button on a circular space; I have changed the radius so the outline (shape) can become a circle, but the clicking action still covers the area of a square.
I have tried using the same feature on an infographic component too yet its still the same issue.
As shown here the circle that has the letter N (hotspot button) covers a square space and not a circular one although I have changed the radius to create a circular space
I don’t think there’s a fix for this I’m afraid. I’ve never been able to find a way around this issue anyway. Especially in your case with overlapping circles, I think perhaps a hotgraphic component would be the best solution for your diagram.
It would be nice for the infographic/ simulation to have different shapes in the future for sure.
Hi, if you go with Set as hotspot = disabled then you’ll have a clickable circle. You can then use the various shape style options to set the green border, fill, etc. It might not look identical but it should be pretty close.
