Hot Graphic not completing on mobile

Hi, we have built 3 courses of a similar topic (created 1 and duplicated into 3)

We have a hot graphic that is working fine and marking as complete on a mobile on the 1st course. Also works in the 2nd course which was duplicated from the 1st.

The problem we are getting is in the 3rd course (again duplicated from the 1st which is working correctly), we have added a additional 2 short bullet points to the content on 1 of the hot graphic items and now for this 3rd course this component isn’t marking as complete on a mobile.

It all works fine on a desktop across all 3 courses.

Has anyone got any ideas why this might be happening?
