Extension Navigation Icon Aria Label

Hi there,

Is it possible to add an aria label to Extension icons that appear on the side navigation bar, like the other icons in the top header have an aria label field (progress, navigation, etc.)?

If I were to add this to the hamburger menu instead, would a SR read the “Resources” text? (i.e. would an aria label be necessary?)

There should be no need for these items to have an ARIA label because they have an actual label.

It’s visually hidden when that menu is in ‘sidebar’ mode - but is definitely still present:
