Collate Open Input Responses

I’m wondering if it’s possible to collate multiple responses from open inputs throughout a course and create an exportable document with the learner’s responses?

For example, a learner types journal entries throughout a course and a the end of the course, the learner can print their journal of all their responses.

Here’s an example to similar functionality that’s been developed in Articulate Rise - Learning Journal Example Course - Overview (amelangrise.s3.amazonaws.com)
