Adding a new element to a hidden section doesn't hide the added element

Found a small bug: I have an existing course with actions that unhides hidden sections when certain conditions are met. If I add a new element into one of these hidden sections, the newly added element is not hidden together with the hidden sections when previewing. To overcome the problem I had to edit the “Editor label” and “Title” under Settings for the section (to the same names though), once I did this the new element is thereafter hidden together with the section.

(Now found that I only need to edit the “Editor label” under Setting to get the new element to hide properly.)

Hi @Anders just trying to make sure I understand this - if I have a hidden section, then add an element, even though the element isn’t marked as hidden in the editor its not visible in preview because the section that contains it is hidden.

Califying: - if you have a hidden section (in a ready made course), then add an element to that section, (the element isn’t marked as hidden in the editor) its STILL visible in preview even though the section that contains it is hidden.

Sam. This doesn’t really bother me anymore since resetting the “Setting” - “Editor Label” fixes the problem. But I do realize issues like this should be sent to support rather than posted in the forum. I’ll do that in the future. Tnx, anyway.
