The Evolve Team produced a sample course which was audited and certified as WCAG 2.1 compliant by Online ADA. This means that from today’s release, we can proudly display our new Accessible icon beside the majority of our Components and Extensions.
The sample course they created is available for you to import and use as a template too. Look for further details in the release notes and visit our Accessibility Guide!
This is a fantastic update, thank you for sharing @hbailey . I don’t yet see the icons next to the components, but I look forward to having them available.
The update was pushed out to our account and I can now see the filter list and the component notifier icon. This is excellent. Thank you to everyone who worked on this!
@agorgon once you have 10.8.1, go into any component in your course and you will see the icon at the top of the properties panel if it is an Accessible one:
And with Extensions they are in a similar place when you click into each:
