Search functionality question

Hey Evolve Community,

Quick question regarding the Search extension. We’re building a course with lots of content and have taken the chapters and created separate courses in Evolve. Is there any way to have the search function search across these “chapters (courses)”, or is it limited to searching only in the current course. Can I have it search across courses? Thanks for the help!

It’s only in the current course I’m afraid. Typically courses are hosted on a Learning Management System where courses can’t communicate with each other or open/launch other courses - so even if the search did function across courses, you wouldn’t be able to do anything with the search result in the majority of environments.
