There’s a little quirk in the Article Style theme editor whereby you can hover over an article style and select the rename icon. It opens a popup that renames the last selected article (which is not necessarily the one you just pressed the edit icon on).
It’s caused me to rename the wrong article more times that I’d like to admit.
