Managing Bullet Styles within a Flow component

There was a similar query to this - you’ll need to use an article style where the text colour for the component items is set to white - not just the font within the text editor for that text.

Change the colour of bullet points

Hi I may be missing something simple here, but I cannot locate where I select the colour for bullet points or numbered lists. Currently, there is no colour, therefore no visible bullet point. Many thanks Lucy
