Custom icons have 404 error

If I follow the icon guide:

  1. Only change the icons names. Then reimport.
  2. Icons turn into blank boxes
  3. Network tab the request shows a 404

I’m pretty sure nothing has changed apart from the icon set name… why is it erroring?
