We’re currently testing a course in which we use logic and content locking to display only the article following the one that a learner is currently completing. For example, if learner is completing Article A, then Article B will be shown but locked… once the learner has completed Article A, Article B is unlocked, and Article C is now displayed but locked. We find that this helps to keep content looking slick and manageable for a learner, rather than a really long page with multiple locked messages.
This has been working fine on the preview function, but we’re now having a strange issue when hosting it on a LMS. On first completion this works fine, but if you leave and re-enter the course, past certain point (on two different pages) content is hidden and you’re unable to unlock or display it even if you re-complete the components linked with the logic triggers.
I’ve tried using the local storage extension as a work around, but having no luck whatsoever. The LMS is Moodle based if this helps.
Please let me know if you can think of any reason why this may be happening, as it’s extremely frustrating to get stuck at the last hurdle!
