Is there a way to change the footer navigation colour depending on whether the next page is locked or unlocked? As far as I can see there is no disabled colour option, just a single colour swatch. The course is massive, and already built, so I don’t really want to have to go through custom navigation button set up on every page

Yes there is!
Excuse my awful colour scheme but I set purple as the background for the footer navigation in Theme > Footer Navigation > Appearance > Footer Background Colour
Then I set further down under Link Text Appearance, that Background Hover should be Green and Background Disabled should be red.
If I now have an enabled page, it is in purple and goes green when I rollover, but the locked page is now red until it is unlocked, when it behaves like the enabled page too.
