Hi,
It would be great if we could use more than just an image inside a question feedback. Things like audio or video. We’re currently adding it as separate components controlled by logic.

@Matt_Leathes tagging you on this to get your thoughts. Is audio within question feedback possible? We can add a correct image, but it would be great to have options for other media types.
I feel like it’s a wider question: should you be able to use media (as in gif/mp4/mp3/streaming video) anywhere you can currently use an image?
I don’t think the answer will be ‘yes’ in every situation but I do think there are many places where this could work really well - it’s certainly something we are considering for future development.
That sounds positive. Thanks @Matt_Leathes.
The business case for our request is
There is an underserved community that WCAG gives no specific guidance on—people with dyslexia or similar.
It’s estimated that 10% of the population has dyslexia, often without an official medical diagnosis. In my experience, retail and hospitality are two areas where this percentage is higher than 10%. To make learning easier for anyone to process, dyslexia or not, we add audio players to allow listening.
People with dyslexia aren’t screen reader users because their sight may be fine. They may be consuming content on a shared work-provided PC without an option to download screen reader software like NVDA or JAWS.
Offering alternative media will make the training better for all.
