Evolve authoring site has CRASHED

Hi everyone
I’m urgently trying to reach support@appitierre - and getting no response. My Evolve authoring site has crashed - I get a “502 Bad Gateway” error on the site.

Any ideas how to reach someone to urgently help?
Would really appreciate it. Thanks

I’m afraid I only just saw this now when the community summary came through on email.
