Hi – looking for any feedback or tips on how to create more intuitive navigation for simulations. It would be great to have hot-spot elements on the screen indicator progress, so that users could click back to a previous screen, but there’s no way to position those from the editor. I’d like to allow the learner to repeat a step but I’d like to avoid separate back buttons on every screen. Maybe a ‘previous screen’ variable then updates? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Replying to my own post… As a follow-up, I’ve added separate navigation buttons to select screens to allow the back and forth navigation, but it would be great if screen names could be tied to variables. If I move screens around, changing the navigation would be much easier if “navigate to screen” didn’t have to be hard-coded but could direct to a screen name controlled by a variable. Any suggestions?
