Just wondering, is it possible to hide the player controls when a video is used in a logic dialog window? For a standard media component there is the option to hide, but there isn’t the same for a LD window. Is there a way round this?
Many thanks

There doesn’t appear to be, I’m afraid.
Maybe stating the obvious here but although the media component does allow for hiding player controls doing so would a) would cause the course to fail accessibility and b) doesn’t really prevent anything since most browsers do still allow the learner to force the controls to display (by right-clicking the video). And in Safari for iOS as the controls will still appear if the learner puts the video into ‘fullscreen’ mode.
Thanks for the reply Matt.
I’m aware of the implications and this has been relayed to the client, but they are keen to minimise just scrubbing the video to help unlock the next page without watching. Ideally there would be an additional setting for completion in the builder that could see if all the content has been watched, rather than just ended…not sure if that’s possible though.
