HotGraphic Component – VTT Subtitles Not Displaying for video

Hi Team,

I need your insights regarding a hotGraphic component issue.

We uploaded a new video and attempted to add subtitles using a VTT file. However, the subtitles are not displaying as expected. Could you please let us know whether this is a known issue or the intended behavior

For reference, I configured the subtitle file in the correct VTT format and uploaded it successfully. After publishing the page, I waited a few minutes as instructed before checking whether the component had updated.

The CC button is now visible indicating that the VTT file may have been recognized. However, the subtitles still do not appear when the video is played.

Could you please advise on whether there are any additional requirements or if this behavior is expected.

@Test_01 have you checked that the subtitles appear when playing the video using a standalone media player such as VLC?

If so and you continue to experience this issue please get in touch with Evolve Support

For a quick turn around..its sorted out now . found out that the issue is with VTT format ..
