Accordion check icon

Would it be possible to add an aria label for the optional accordion check/tick icon? It would be useful to signify which items have been visited for screenreader users.

There are some situations where it may be useful to have something to signify which items you’ve already visited, as opposed to which currently have the status of expanded - thinking explained in the other post.
