Can we as admins get API access to either the old or new Evolve platform?

We often need to make bulk updates to content at scale. Like for example appending all iframe urls’ of the language version german with ?language=de instead of going into each course manually. Or when we want to make a bulk update to a specific word that occurs across multiple courses, to do those changes in bulk.
Have you seen any clever ways around this that dont involve an API? We have something like a hundred courses in 6 languages (long term 10+ languages) so running updates at scale is a high priority for us.
