# Text alignment in Text Reveal Component(popup)

Hi community,

I recently encountered a problem in Evolve - but I’m still a newbie, so maybe I’m missing something. I hope you can help me out! 🙂

My Evolve course uses a a text reveal component that reveals text in a popup.  
In the items, I set the Item Reveal Text to align left - however, the text alignment in the live preview always stays centered.  
I’ve noticed some others have had the same problem in other components, but none of the suggested workarounds seem to work for me.

Is this a bug or is there a setting overwriting the alignment?

You can use the force align option.
