# % symbol issue in preview and published

Hello,

Can anyone help me with this. See the attached. In the French language the % sign always has a space with it. Example: 17.2 %. In Evolve when I do this it reads 17.2"%. How do I get rid of the quotes? It’s in the preview and published where I see it. It does not appear in the authoring side. Thanks for the help!

Hi, I’ve had that kind of thing in the past. Are you writing in French or getting it translated? If it’s the latter, try opening up the translation file in something like sublime text [https://www.sublimetext.com/](https://www.sublimetext.com/) to see if the issue is in the translation file.
