# New Evolve accessibility

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience of delivering a AA or even AAA accessible course using New Evolve?

If so, I’d love to know what issues you encountered, were there any elements that you found you couldn’t use, and any tips you could give?

hi @JamesLD we’ve actually just done a [VPAT on New Evolve](https://experience.intellum.com/student/activity/3085416-whats-new-in-new-evolve#new-evolve-accessibility-update-2026-evolve-vpat-1), so there shouldn’t be any elements that you can’t use in a Level AA course! The only one we can’t 100% certify is of course the iframe element since we have no control over what you use within it…

Hello, just with the newly released Branching element, is that consider WCAG AA? I guess it came out after the VPAT? Thanks

Hi @Ilo that’s correct, the element was created after the audit had been carried out - but has been made very much with accessibility in mind and been tested internally. It should conform to WCAG AA 2.1
