We’ve got something big on the horizon! 🎉 The Evolve you know and love has been completely reimagined from the ground up, with a modern interface, new collaboration features, and an AI-ready foundation. **The all-new Evolve will officially launch September 9** , but we wanted our community to be the first to know. No worries—you don’t have to make changes right now. Just know that exciting updates are on the way, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next! ---

Hello! My company purchased the Evolve team plan only a few weeks ago, is the new version going to be a separate package? If it is a separate package will there be an option to upgrade/cancel our current plan and move to the new one? ---

I am interested in getting access to the new platform. Can you let me know how I go about requesting early acces? > Your current Evolve Legacy instance remains the same. You can request _early access_ to explore the new Evolve with a free 30-day preview, while continuing to use your existing Evolve account without interruption. Thank you. ---

The new Evolve is a ground-up rebuild, separate from the Evolve you’re using now. As an existing Evolve customer, you will have an opportunity to preview the new Evolve for 30 days for free, alongside your existing Evolve instance. After that preview period, you’ll have the opportunity to switch your plan from Legacy Evolve to the new Evolve. ---

Long-term Evolve customer with a substantial Legacy Evolve library. I’m interested in hearing from organisations and agencies about their plans following the launch of New Evolve last year. Are you: - planning to migrate - already migrated - waiting for a feature e.g. AI capabilities - considering alternative authoring tools rather than migrating I’d be particularly interested in hearing from teams maintaining large libraries of existing Evolve content.
