# Feedback Window Issue

I need some help. I have someone reviewing a lesson and when they get the feedback window the checkmark area has a scrollbar for some reason. It does not appear that way on my screen nor does it appear when I look at the lesson in mobile and tablet format. I cannot figure out why this is happening. I have included an example.

Never seen that happen before! Unfortunately without being able to replicate, it’s going to be problematic to figure out what’s going on.
Is your reviewer using an unusual browser? i.e. anything other than Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
It _could_ be some browser extension interfering with the layout…

Yeah, we have not been able to replicate on any other system. She is using Chrome. She works in our Marketing department so there is definitely potential that it could be a chrome extension that is creating the issue.
Since it is only happening to her, I think we are ok. You can close the ticket.
