I have Evolve content exported in web/html format. It’s being hosted on a basic web server as a web resource.

I’d like to be able to deep link or anchor/use url parameter to bring the user to a specific location in the resource or on a specific page.

Thoughts or others with solutions?

hi @benjhouge if you select the specific thing you’re looking to target in the Evolve Editor then click the Show in preview button, that page that loads will have a URL that looks something like this:

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex031/uploads/evolveauthoring/original/2X/1/150a6e678fd7434a7ac3bfd2979f96f0dcd4ffb7.png)

The part I’ve highlighted can be taken and used to link directly to that location in the published course.

Let’s say your course is hosted at [https://www.example.org/training/index.html](https://www.example.org/training/index.html) then you’d just add the above onto the end of that to get your ‘deep link’ i.e. [https://www.example.org/training/index.html#/page/5e6f434367bdaf3afdf7de10?element=5e6f434367bdaf3afdf7de2d](https://www.example.org/training/index.html#/page/5e6f434367bdaf3afdf7de10?element=5e6f434367bdaf3afdf7de2d)
