# Accordions don't seem to 'reset' to original colour & visited check (when used)

Hi there,

We have a query with the accordions resetting. I have a RESET action button on the last page of my course that is set to ‘Restart course’ when clicked. Everything in the course resets except for the accordions.

If I use ‘Display Check Icon’ in the accordion appearance, after resetting the course these ticks stays there as a visited state and doesn’t reset. The visited state colour also stays and doesn’t reset to the original colour.

I’ve also tried to resetting the Accordions using triggers → action button clicked → Reset components and this doesn’t seem to clear it either.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi @kimj1 this should work - it works fine for me when I test it, regardless of whether I use ‘Reset Course’ or 'Reset Components.

The only obvious thing I can think to try is to include a slight delay on the action, that often solves a lot of issues with Logic

If that doesn’t work I suggest you get in touch with support who can help figure out what’s going wrong in your specific instance.
